Face-To-Face or Online Classes - you choose!

At SlimFit Oxford we run community classes and online classes - the best of both worlds!

Some people are happy mingling with others face-to-face in a hall and others prefer to workout at home! It all depends on your lifestyle and how much time you have available. We're delighted that we can offer you both options and they're both detailed here on this page. Just scroll down!

Effective and fun classes suitable for everyone!

Our classes, whether in the community or online, are one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight, build a better body and sustain a healthy lifestyle!

And they are FUN! 😊

You will be exercising to great music while releasing feel good endorphins – we think of it like a little mini party – ok, there may not be cake or alcohol, but you will be burning calories almost without realising it while enjoying yourself. If you haven’t tried before, you really are missing out!

It's great for everyone – whatever their fitness level.

Our exercise classes are choreographed so they are suitable for beginners or more advanced participants offering different intensity options as well as adaptations and alternatives. You can pick the moves and intensity that suit you best and everyone gets an appropriate workout dependent on their own ability.

At SlimFit our instructors know who is new in a class or who is more advanced and will demonstrate different moves for everyone. At the end of the day you are always totally in control of your own workout, so simply stick to what is within your ability, take the opportunity to challenge yourself and improve class by class.

Our workouts include good old fashioned aerobics and toning, but to keep you interested from time to time we throw in things such as circuits, salsa, line-dancing, High/Low Intensity Training, workouts with bands, workouts with balls, Fitness Pilates and anything else we can think of! But above all, we keep it fun!

Our classes include all the information you need to live a healthy life including a short motivational talk, a workout and a private weigh-in and consultation (if you want one).

SlimFit Anytime Online Health & Fitness Club

If you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home then this is the membership for you!

Every week day we go live in our private Facebook group with a motivational talk at 9:00 am and a 20 minute workout at 10:00 am. All talks and workouts are posted into the group so you can catch up at a more convenient time if you can't make them live.

There are also hundreds of workouts in our archives and you are able to 'mix and match' depending on how you're feeling! Maybe you fancy doing a fat burning Hiit workout alongside a Leg Toning workout.... or an Old Skool Aerobics Session, a Circuits workout and a Fitness Pilates Core Workout..... or maybe you just want to chill and do a Mind & Body Workout. Whatever! There's a combination for you that you can link in any order!

All our talks are archived too. You'll find all sorts of motivational talks on a massive range of topics from Weight Gain Triggers to Mindset Training....from Stress Eating to Herbs.... from Self Sabotage to Fruit & Veg.... oh, there's loads!!

You'll also find our healthy eating plans, 7 Day Kick Start Plan, recipes and shed loads of motivation to help you reach your weight loss goals.

I have lost over 7 stones with SlimFit! 

I wanted to lose weight for my big birthday and was fed up with painful knees and joints. I wasn't able to buy the clothes I liked as they didn't seem to make them in a size 24. I set myself the goal of losing 40lbs before my holiday in Many, and then to reach 50lbs before my September holiday - I manged both! I have gained so much confidence which resulted in securing a new job. I regularly complete 5K runs after never having been able to run before and I can now find clothes I like in shops too!
