SlimFit Oxford has been running classes since August 2005. But then Covid hit!
At SlimFit Oxford we like to look at life from all angles and find the positives!
So, from March 2020 we have been running online classes via Zoom and Facebook. Here’s just some of the reasons why they work so well for our members:

✅ Exercise in the comfort of your own home – perfect if you are self-conscious
✅ No need for makeup!
✅ Jump straight into the shower afterwards
✅ Sing to your heart’s delight at the top of your voice without a care
✅ Live timetabled classes with an instructor who you can communicate with, not simply a recording
✅ Huge variety of workouts
✅ Social distancing at its very best!
As from September 2020 we have reintroduced a number of Face to Face classes which provided some entirely different benefits:
? Some time away from the house – just for you – some precious ME time
? Motivated face to face fitness session
? Socially distanced space to move freely
? No tripping over the cat
? No interruptions
? A little bit of ‘normality’ back in your life
? No shouting at the kids to let you have a bit of WiFi

LIVE SlimFit Zoom/Facebook Classes
45 minutes – 1 hour class including motivational talk and exercise session. We vary our exercise sessions as much as possible and include things such as aerobics, HiiT, toning, Fitness Pilates, Combat etc
Monday 6:15 pm – 7:00 pm – streamed live from our Botley Class – Facebook only
Tuesday 5:45 pm – 6:00 pm – streamed live from our Cowley Class – Facebook & Zoom
Wednesday 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Zoom/Facebook
Wednesday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Zoom/Facebook
Thursday 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Zoom/Facebook
Face to Face Classes in Oxford
All classes need to be booked ahead of time for Track & Trace purposes. There is a small non-refundable booking fee of £1.20. If you decide to cancel please let me know as soon as possible so we can allocate your place to someone else. Due to Covid, places are limited
