At SlimFit Wokingham we like to look at life from all angles and find the positives

​As from 1st September we are returning to our community with 100% of our timetable back to ​Face to Face classes 

Did you know that group exercise classes are one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight, build a better body and sustain a healthy lifestyle?

And they are FUN 😊

Working out alone at home or in the gym can sometimes feel like a drag, but a group exercise class is always fun. How can it not be? You are listening to great music in a group of people while releasing feel good endorphins – we think of it like a little mini party – ok there may not be cake or alcohol, but you will be burning calories almost without realising it while enjoying yourself. If you haven’t tried before, you really are missing out!

It's great for everyone – whatever their fitness level.

​Our group exercise classes are choreographed so they are suitable for beginners or more advanced participants offering different intensity options as well as adaptations and alternatives, so that you can pick to suit and everyone gets an appropriate workout dependent on their own ability.

At SlimFit our instructors know who is new in a class or who is more advanced and will demonstrate different moves for everyone. At the end of the day you are always totally in control of your own workout, so simply stick to what is within your ability, take the opportunity to challenge yourself and improve class by class.

We offer 2 types of classes: our SlimFit classes are a combination of freestyle cardio exercise and toning, our BodyFit classes are a combination of high intensity interval training, pilates and body conditioning.

Attend any of our classes and you will find:

A bit of kit

We are unable to share equipment in our face to face classes but would love to add variety using simple non-expensive (but highly effective) kit such as resistance bands and bender balls
