Louise Oliver

Louise owns and manages SlimFit Oxford. Since August 2005 she has helped thousands of members to lose their unwanted weight and, through the exercise element of the class, improve fitness, strength and flexibility. Originally working alongside Rosemary Conley and running the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs in Oxford, she then went on to form SlimFit Oxford in 2014 with her colleague, Kirsty Ede, who owns SlimFit Wokingham. 

Louise is passionate about helping people to look, feel and move better having lost over 7 stones herself and she genuinely cares about each and every member in her class. Louise is also a national award winning presenter and has her own show on Radio Cherwell, so listen in for more healthy tips!

Louise has all the relevant qualifications and certifications for the workouts she offers and regularly updates her skills.

Faye Hopkins

After attending SlimFit as a member for years Faye finally took the plunge and trained up to become an instructor. She joined SlimFit in January 2018 as an instructor and loves helping our members to eat healthily, exercise and reach their health goals. Faye is a busy mum of three and can really empathise with members, having lost 3½ stones herself. Faye loves keeping active and particularly enjoys swimming.

Faye is currently qualified in:

  • Level 2 Fitness Pilates

  • SlimFit Oxford Classes

    In the majority of our classes, the exercise lasts for a total of 45 minutes consisting of 30 minutes aerobics, 10 minutes toning and 5 minutes stretch. Aerobic sessions may include basic aerobic routines, HiiT, salsacise, circuits, ball workouts, band conditioning, cheerleading, kettlebells and anything else we can think of!  Each of our classes also include a discreet weigh-in with nutritional and weight loss advice and a motivational talk.

    Louise is always encouraging, non-judgemental and positive – in sort – an inspiration! Food no longer controls me – I eat to live, not live to eat, and I feel fit and happy!     Slimfit has changed my life. I'm 72 years old but fitter and healthier than I have ever been in my life.
