SlimFit Wokingham

​Kirsty owns and manages SlimFit Wokingham. She has run successful fitness and weight loss management classes since starting out in August 2005, resulting  in being ‘crowned’ Rosemary Conley Franchisee of the Year in October 2013.

In April 2014 all franchisee contracts were terminated and SlimFit was formed with fellow former franchisee Louise Oliver. Classes have never been better. Kirsty’s enthusiasm for ‘Feeling Fit for Life’ and being the very best version of yourself rubs off on everyone she meets and works with.

Kirsty's qualifications include:

  • Freestyle Fitness Yoga Certification
  • Nutrition and Weight Management in collaboration with Chester University
  • NLP Coaching Diploma

​Lynda joined our SlimFit Wokingham team in January 2016 and has made a significant contribution to our classes and the lives of our members. She has a real passion for working with others, fundraising for charitable causes, and always goes above and beyond what is expected. Her smile lights up any room she walks in to; she is a valuable member of our team in every way

​Melissa joined our SlimFit Wokingham team in September 2018 ​shortly after qualifying as an Exercise to Music instructor. She has gained valuable experience providing class cover and now runs our 2 classes in Twyford. Melissa brings energy to our team and provides a fun workout that leaves you wanting to come back for more. Her bubbly personality is infectious.

Our SlimFit classes combine fitness and optional weight management, with 45 minutes of exercise (30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes strength and toning, 5 minutes stretch and relaxation. We offer a variety of cardio exercise routines including freestyle aerobics, HiiT, salsacise, boxfit, circuits, bender ball workouts, and even cheerleading. Each of our classes also include a discreet weigh-in (optional) with nutritional and weight loss advice, and a motivational talk.

Our BodyFit classes are 60 minutes of pure fitness with routines designed to target those stubborn spots through a combination of fat busting cardio and body conditioning.

In addition to our regular classes we also periodically run a number of courses including Fitness Pilates, HiiT Fit and Kettlebell Bodyblast. Please see the Courses page for further details.

I have been inspired to lose weight and learnt so much about nutrition and health

I am hugely grateful to Kirsty for her advice and support throughout my weight loss and fitness journey.  Her good sense of humour, encouragement and enthusiasm is infectious.  She has helped me achieve goals and has been an invaluable source of knowledge. I was overweight with a relatively high BMI and was anxious about joining a group where I didn’t know anyone, also self doubt about reaching personal goals which were set. However I needn’t have worried! The process of working with Kirsty has been amazing, I have been inspired to lose weight and learnt so much about nutrition and health.
